I found the staff helpful. They upgraded my room.
I found the air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. The rooms seem very old and rundown. The smell was moldy and I noticed mold in the bathroom.

it included a separate bathtub and shower. The shower had amazing water pressure!!! the room also featured a large tv with many channels. the minibar was fully stocked with drinks and snacks.

friendly stafffaulty glassstained walls
the staff were friendly and accommodating, acceptable.
I was frustrated with the room's maintenance. the bathroom frosted glass which changes to clear glass did not work in my room. there was staining on the walls from previous spills. I expected more for a supposed five-star hotel.
